Is the clock at the Cinderella Ball about to strike at Midnight??

 If you are a seller,  you have been dancing and gyrating. Dancing all the way to the nearest bank.

If you are a buyer you have watched the madness move through like a bad thunderstorm. 

All the demands were on the table; sky high prices, no inspections, offers to seller to stay rent free in the home for  months after it was sold, and hordes of buyers clawing at you like jackals in the wild. You offered letters singing praises of seller's landscape, bath tiles or the shinny chandelier but nothing came out of it. 

But when the summer of 2022 arrived, the air changed. Interest rates doubled. It smelled of burning fire. Some sellers removed their rose colored glasses. Now you know houses don't grow to the sky...

IS IT TIME FOR CINDERELLA SELLER TO FLEE THE BALL?? IS THE CLOCK ABOUT TO STRIKE MIDNIGHT IN REAL ESTATE???
